A sister poll to this, I'm curious about said poll's opposite...which member of Ad Astra do you think is the least redeemable? The most evil, the least likely to change, the most vile, all that kinda stuff being irredeemable entails?
A sister poll to this. Title is pretty self explanatory--which of the five members of Ad Astra is the most redeemable in your opinion? The least evil, the most capable of changing, all of that kinda stuff that redemption entails? This isn't asking who your favorite member of the group is, just who you think is the most redeemable.
this is such a random thought but like it's been bothering me for a while. Did Joe Warren and Justin Lawson have deputy mayors??? I feel like such characters would be kinda important! For Lawson, I can definitely see him deciding not to have one bc he's already a dictator with absolute power executing his own ideas/concepts of justice without really needing or wanting to listen to anyone, but Warren? As charming and sincere as he presents himself to be, I think it would raise some eyebrows if he was like "btw I'm abolishing the position of deputy mayor! :3" I feel like it would make at least a little sense if his assistant who killed Jake Hayes was his DM instead. Maybe I'm missing something lol
I don't think either had a deputy mayor; if they did, we never saw or heard mention of them!
I agree that I see Justin choosing not to have one, as there would be no one he would consider worthy or trusted enough to give the position to. Plus, given how power-hungry he got in his quest to "perfect" justice, he probably didn't want to give any of the power to someone else for fear they would go against him!
But I am surprised we never heard or saw anything about Warren having one! I would suspect he probably did have one, and the game developers just didn't see a reason to make a character for the position. Depending on who the deputy mayor is (could be the assistant or someone else), it would make sense for them to kill Jake instead of the assistant! Or all three could have been involved somehow. (I don't really remember Jake's murder, so I'm fuzzy on its details.😅)
His deputy mayor might have been a little oblivious.... but hopefully they're not a criminal nor part of a criminal conspiracy, Grimsborough needs a break frfr
