i've found an issue where saving as jpg deletes the canvas and does not save on my device. is it possible to recover previous saves?

How do you change the interval time for auto save?

Great question! To change the time interval settings for auto save (Auto Recovery) on PC:1. Go to the top of your window and click File.2. Nect click on Environment Setting…A window will pop up.3. Look at the information beside Auto Recovery. Make sure the Enable Auto Recovery box is selected!4. Change the save interval to the time you wish. (Anywhere between every minute to every -120 min/2hrs-)5. Select OK.

If my Windows os computer dies while I'm drawing will medibang save my progress? This JUST happened to me and i want to cry.

Is your auto-save enabled? If so then you can choose the intervals that your work will be auto-saved. If not, then it may not have been saved.

Are you losing the layers when you save your artwork? It turns out that the file format in which you save it may have something to do with it.
