FINALLY. When I first started MM, I fell in love with V first. (I have this terrible habit of falling in love with characters and setting my sights on them only to discover later they're unromanceable. Varric, Solas, Sten, etc.) I've already played through the Normal Ending and am doing V's Good Ending now unassisted. Without spoiling, be prepared in V's route to deal with heavy drug/addiction references, long depression episodes, rape and kidnapping, mental abuse/victim blaming, etc. I personally love it. I feel like it's real, raw, and dirty. I can't freaking WAIT to take the "bad" routes. But dang. It can be an emotional roller-coaster. I warned you.
