I love art, part 100 | Thomas Moran
Ivan Aivazovsky (July 29, 1817 – May 5, 1900), “[…] most famous for his seascapes, which constitute more than half of his paintings. Aivazovsky is widely considered as one of the greatest seascape painters of all time.”
Joseph Mallord William Turner, “The painter of light” (1775-1851)
“You should tell them that indistinctiveness is my forte.” — Turner’s reply when hearing that some rich douchebag that purchased one of his paintings complained about it and called it indistinct (Willy’s taking none of your shit)
J. M. W. Turner - Morning Amongst The Coniston Falls, Cumberland (1798)
favorite artists: Claude Monet (1840-1926)
“Without the water, the lilies cannot live, as I am without art.” “I will paint almost blind, as Beethoven composed completely deaf.”
Okay. I think I’ve satisfied my painting urges. This was too fun though. <3

The Hunger Games Trilogy.
it is officially complete! I am really happy with how these came out. I have to say, Catching Fire would have to have been the hardest out of the three, just because most of the colors were dark. So there it is, The Hunger Games Trilogy! I really hope everyone enjoys this set paintings I did for the books! There might be more to come..some paintings or drawings of scenes from the books, but for now I am really happy with these! enjoy!
