This is what gives me worry, this scene, not only is Tony mentally and emotionally at a breaking point with all this stress, his physical health has been put on the line too.

Tony is literally putting his body and mind up as a shield for the Avengers and nobody really even notices just how much, they don’t think Tony Stark is breakable.

It’s like they won’t notice until something actually happens.

His physical health seriously scares me because physical trauma to his body has been enough over the last 8 years, his heart especially has been strained enough.

It would not surprise me if Tony somehow one day just drops because of a heart attack because he was too busy putting out the Avengers’ fires to notice his own health and everyone else was too busy worrying about themselves to notice Tony isn’t okay.
