For every doubt and fear you have whispering in your ear about not being able to live the life you want to live, refute that lying bitch with a reason why it will work.

Think about it, if you have a council in your head judging all of your decisions and controlling the trajectory of your life…
Do you want a table of voices of all the people who planted the toxic bullshit in your head that made you believe you aren't good enough for what you truly desire or the people who have faith and will sit down with you to create a plan to get you there?
The council you listen to is up to you. If you want to make a change and live a life you create, listen to the voices that paint a world of opportunity - not scarcity- even if they’re your own. Especially if they’re your own.
Do something you really want to do today…and the day after that… and the day after that.
It doesn’t have to be big, it could be finally cooking that meal for yourself you’ve been meaning to try.
Take that walk! Script that podcast! Do some sit ups in the sun!
Buy that sweet treat! or Put away that sweet treat you know you’ll feel better without!
Call that friend you miss but haven’t talked to in awhile and think it’ll be awkward… do it anyway, the world is lonely and it could go way smoother than you ever imagined!
Get that anxiety-inducing activity out of the way! (I need to get my license. What do you need to do?)
Have the uncomfortable conversation with your mom, partner, boss, friend, etc! The tension is painful now but it’ll only get worse if you don’t initiate change.
Put down the *insert vice here* you feel you’re overusing and begin to build a you that can thrive without it.
We do live in a matrix. Our entire reality is an amalgamation of illusions. But never forget you are the master of the simulation. If you want your immediate reality to change, initiate a change. Do something different. You are not a slave to the bleakness of life, dare to stray from what you already know.

To try to do anything in this day and age is courageous. Even if you suck at least you’re fucking doing something. You’re creating something. You are doing SOMETHING. That in itself is a courageous act.
Sorry to break it to you but you literally have to face your fears and slaughter them. Otherwise you will live a small life that you do not want. You literally have to view your biggest fears and attack them head on. You have to fall into the abyss to find your way out. The easy path does not exist. There is no get out of jail free card. You have to allow yourself to die a spiritual death over and over again in order to reinvent yourself into the person you are actually supposed to be. And you have to be painfully honest with yourself and the people around you. It’s horrible but it’s truly the only way.
