Kansas public access TV show, featuring concert and archival footage, mainly from Kansas. You can watch most of it here.

Of particular note is the two-part episode featuring the entirety of Song of the Sword, a 1985 sword-and-sorcery epic fantasy film shot in Kansas. It can also be watched here. It's by looking for information about this movie that I discovered @skinslip, who has catalogued its micro-genre, shot-on-video fantasy.
