The HyperCard Games of A. Raymond Bossert III (Classic Mac, A. Raymond Bossert III, various years)

You can download them from the developer's Waybacked website here (or the later Oocities backup here).

To run them: to to infinitemac.org and start up an in-browser emulator (this one works for me) and, once it's finished starting up, drag one the file of your choice onto the emulated desktop. (If it's TF Combat, you'll need to add .sit to the filename before dragging it). Then, open The Outside world, then Downloads. The file should apear - double-click it, then once it finishes decompressing, close Downloads and open it again to find the decompressed file's contents. (If the included instructions tell you to open a stack from within HyperCard after opening the Home stack, HyperCard is kept in Infinite HD's Multimedia folder - the 'open stack' option is in the File menu.)

HyperPoems (Classic Mac, William H. Dickey, 1988-1990, pub. 2019)

Formerly lost-media electronic poems by an LGBTQ+ author - Volune 2 is sexually explicit, inspired by the SF gay community during the AIDS epidemic. You can play both collections in your browser here. Important info can be found in the descriptions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These have sound, but the volume will initially be set to zero. After the program has finished automatically loading, press Alt+Q to quit it, then select Control Panels in the Apple Menu in the upper left, then scroll down to and open Sound and turn up the volume. Then close all windows on the emulated desktop, open the second disk icon and open the Volume 1 Title or Volume 2 Title 'stack'.

Tiny Tim's Big Adventure (Classic Mac, Dan Reilly, 1990)

Join the lovable Dickensian lad in an Extremely Normal Experience. Contains smoking and drug use. You can play it in your browser here.

Tip: Click the ? icon on the title screen for vital info - you won't beat the game or discover everything without it.

Zaum Gadget (Classic Mac, Amendant Hardiker, 1989)

Crossmedia psychotronic beliefware adapted from machine code found in millenia-old ruins. You can play it in your browser here.

Tip: the emulated systems sound volume will initially be zero, so do this first: open the Apple menu at the upper left, then Control Panels, then Sound, and turn it up.

Star Guardian (In-browser, Classic Mac, Harley Bradley/Magic Hat, 1996)

Features the art of sci-fi artist Bob Eggleton. You can play it in your browser here. Be patient with it; it's running on an emulated 68020 CPU.

Tips: the rabbit you have to click at the start is a stereogram (aka Magic Eye) - just click on the middle of the screen if you can't make it work. Afterward, click the text box on the right to start the game. Use the arrows on the picture frame to navigate. Note the hint button that sometimes appears. Your ship's fuel is finite - I don't know if there's a way to get more. You can take the access card out of the small slot on your ship to use it elsewhere, but you'll need to put it back to get into your ship.

A Day in New York City v3.3.6 (Classic Mac, David A. Zatz, 1991-1995)

A satirical simulator of life in 90's New York, inspired by the author's experiences. Structured like a Twine, but started eighteen years before Twine's release. Made in the omni-purpose anything-maker HyperCard. You can play it in your browser here.

The game is in the disk named 'disk'. But beforehand, to activate sound: ensure the speaker icon on the right doesn't have an X by it - click it if it does. Then, after startup is finished, go to Control Panels under the Apple menu at the upper left, use the scrollbar to scroll down to Sound, open it, then turn up the sound above zero. If you forget, you can quit to the emulated desktop with Alt-Q.
