the way nestor rouses diomedes in book 10 makes me kind of sad

first of all, the visual is so striking. It's like this man is constantly ready for battle,, sleeping on his shield with weapons near him. Also: "do you need a whole night's rest?" NESTOR COME ON. It was literally book 5 the day earlier. Book 5. I think he should get and deserves a whole night's rest thank you very much.

And he is immediately on his feet. Ready for action. Diomedes please get some rest.
