just a random thought but didn’t cheesecake used to be more sour?

or at least some cheesecakes. is sour the word i’m looking for? i’m not sure. the texture the taste. it’s something on the tip of my tongue.

but as much as i love cheesecake, i feel like most store bought and even ones you get at restaurants nowadays are always really sweet and thick. and i like those! but i like the creamier looser ones too. a bit of sour.
