Okay but if Izzy really was the Digimon Emperor, the Chosen would be so screwed xD

I was originally going to do Matt as the Digimon Emperor, but I realized Izzy would be a much more intimidating villain. Where Ken could control digimon, Izzy can manipulate the digital world around him through its code. His costume is loosely based off of the colors and features of Kabuterimon.
