Gonna get a lot of flack for this but people forget that queerness and sexual liberation is intertwined with kink and playing with the taboo. You have queer and trans rights BECAUSE of freaky folks. Furries, ageplayers, petplayers, gimps, rubberlovers, fagdyke daddies, mommies, and piss pigs alike!
So many people love to quote Divine ("Kill everyone now! Condone first degree murder! Advocate cannibalism! Eat shit! Filth is my politics! Filth is my life!") but then are scared when queers are STILL freaky and filthy in the present day. Find the beauty in obscenity and revel in it. All queer folk are seen as reprehensible in the eye of colonial, white-supremacist society. Whether you're simply holding hands with your partner, or engaging in hard kink roleplay and BDSM.

Last night roomie was like "What does SSA mean?" and I was like "Uuuuhh um uuuhh in what context?" and he was like "Gay stuff" and so I told him it means same-sex attracted as in gay or bi.
He said he was watching something (show? video? documentary? idk) about some weird amish-y cult and this one guy was like "Yeah I'm ssa it's just something I deal with" and his wife was like "Yeah no marriage is perfect haha".
I should ask roomie what the fuck he was watching cuz I keep thinking about it lmao why was a luddite cult using the term ssa that's so modern.

One time I read this anecdote about a TiF who was formerly a stone butch and married to a woman and even though the TiF now "identifies" as a man she and her wife still go to lesbian bars and events and stuff. And the point OP was trying to make was gay and trans solidarity and trans people deserving to be welcomed in gay spaces but like... continuing to participate in lesbian social circles despite pretending to be a man is a tacit admission that she knows she is not a man lol she's literally a female attracted to other females ie a lesbian which means she belongs in lesbian spaces even though she decided to chop her breasts off and chemically mulitate herself with hormone therapy. It's TiMs specifically who don't belong is lesbian spaces because they are literally males attracted to females ie het men ie the opposite of a lesbian.
I block every TiM I see on grindr for multiple reasons but they're literally males attracted to other males so I don't bemoan their presence there. It's the TiFs and the female themmies that don't belong on the app.
