- Drawing yaoi art is bad = media depicting gay relationships in any other way except two dudes holding hands purely and innocently is bad (and even then)
- How dare gay people have kinky sex (A/B/O, uke/seme dynamics)

if i may add a small detail i noticed - the drawing has visible body hair on the arms, which i assume also falls under the “not grooming” bullshit, and the idea of a woman not shaving/having body hair being bad and gross is both sexist and also transphobic. small detail, but as an afab nonbinary person who feels dysphoric about a lack of body hair and gets pressured to shave what little i have i couldn’t help but notice
also the girl herself being in generally drawn as unkept and not conventionally attractive is kinda sexist in itself, how dare women not care about how hot they look
I can’t be the only one who feels how uncomfortably close this is to the ‘tucute caricatures’ that truscum were (and still are? I don’t know I make liberal use of the block button) making.
And I think that has a lot to do with this format being directly ripped from TERFs making the same types of ‘caricatures’ of trans women to demonize them.

Note, for all the focus on how “she” is this invasive woman, there’s not even a vague attempt to present this caricature as “feminine.” Broad chin, broad shoulders, no chest… this is straight-up transphobia packaged for the anti squad to eat up. The whole point of it is to make you focus on fighting the “wrong” trans people and not the real enemy.
Gotta admit, though, I love the self-contradiction there - she has no libido regarding herself, but is “autohomoerotic” and so sex-obsessed that it gave her carpal tunnel and hormone imbalances.

Yeah, the whole “has no sex drive but masturbates constantly” part was particularly obviously contradictory.
I won’t even get into the fact that someone can feel aroused without sexual desire because that involves subtly the artist was NOT going for.
I think the part where it says fujoshis are primarily LGBTQ+ is VERY important. While there are plenty cishet fujoshis, for a lot of young girls (me and a bunch of gilrs I know included) yaoi was an important outlet for the horrible feeling of not-belonging in an heteronortmative society. It was a place were not being straight was cheerished, while not having to necessarily deal with it ourselves (not having many female characters to project upon). When I was a teen, yaoi culture helped me overcome the internalized biphobia and join queer groups that I met because of the intersection. No one denies there are problematic tropes in yaoi, but this is being used as an excuse to shame women with a sexual drive that differs from the norm, to shame gnc people, to shame sex work and neurodivergent people.
