Boku no Hero Academia: Yuuei Hakusho Vol.3 novel & Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals Vol.3 manga covers art preview
List of random thought/theories.
Afo had contact with nighteye or someone with a similar quirk, so he knows the future, and prepared himself with ragdoll quirk, he knew he would need that quirk.
Afo told All might that he lost his opportunity to die and laugh at him, He seems to know something we don’t right?
Nighteye seems to be traumatised by all might future death
The future awaiting for all might is worse than we can expect
Afo is going to break free, he is waiting for the right person to enter the jail.
he knows all the people in jail thanks to ragdoll quirk, he knows who enters, who leaves, and their weak points
Overhaul seems to be alerted about the hero attack, someone told him or he saw the future thanks to someone else.
We can have a traitor or someone who can see the future. in the worst case scenario, both
Mirio quirk seems like a good quirk to break in jailI
wonder what quirk have overhaul dad, seems important I guess
Sometimes I think the copycat guy is the traitor (The blonde who can copy quirks, forgot his name)
Wish they used Hitoshi as a lie detector to find the traitor “tell the true, are you allied with villains?”
I hope inko is alright, don’t like that she is all alone
Ya know what would be sad? If the guys on the Illegals manga get a bad end and one is turned into a nomu (Like Knuckleduster) that’s why we don’t know about them and the drug update still is used by villains years later, our heros never archived the goal to stop who is creating that drug.
So this is like seeing the birth of a new era, you know, like the “mom's anime hairstyle of the dead” thing but now with big brothers/senpais :)
Aaaahh the bnha vigilantes recent chapter was so good!!! ;___;
I love Tensei so much he is such a cool guy I can’t TT_TT
Also his friendship with Koichi gives me so much life
They’re so precious, Tensei is so damn precious, Just look at them, Tensei is really a good big bro not only for Tenya but for everyone.
Speaking of big bros,Tensei reminds me of Tadashi Hamada a lot (also they share a tragic fate lmao) :’(
Really this chap was badass as hell. I loved the fact that Ingenium is not against the vigilantes (like Naomasa) but he saws them as a heros too :’)
Now I fucking hate you Stain TT_TT how fucking dared you TT_TT
Just catched up with vigilantes and that left me thinking... honestly if I existed in in the bnha universe I would be pretty much a villain,or at least a vigilante. Like, the goverment, who do they think they are to forbid me the free use of my quirk? The free use of a natural part of MY BODY. I honestly wouldn't have the balls to become a hero, that would be so much pressure for me but if I was gifted with a good quirk I would like to be able to use it whenever I want. Idk if for example I could fly I would like to use my quirk to go to school or to performing a show. And I think it's unnfair that you have to go trough a hero course and pass a hero license exam to be able to use your quirk at will. And yes I know the logic about the prohibition of use quirks in public, and I agree I think it is reasonable and makes sense, it's just that I feel that if I was born in a world like bnha I would be against that regulation
Also I would like to know more about the laws in that aspect because honestly I doubt heros like Recovery Girl went trough that kind of training like everyone else? I bet the hero license exam was not the same for her like with the others, her quirk is not suited for combat. Also I would like to know if Naomasa can use his quirk even if he is just a police officer? he can know who lies and who don't so his quirk is really suited for a police officer but it would suck if he can't use his quirk because the law.
That scene hurts a lot more now
Current mood:
Should I read the new chap of BNHA Illegals or wait for a scan team to translate it? It came out on the 17th and I’m TRYING to be patient but…
And yes that appears to be Luffy in the first pic.
Both images from the official site same as where Smash! is.
All Might is the cutest pass it on

LOOK AT THIS LOOK AT HIM LOOKING UP TO KNUCKLE DAD DUSTER
This looks like a parallel of this
I’M SO HYPED FOR THIS!
But seriously, the parallel makes me love this even more. Knuckle Dad confirmed, you can’t convince me otherwise. Dad MIght started at that scene, so if this is a parallel, then this is the official beginning of Knuckle Dad, the next Dad… Generation (?).
I LOVE THIS!!!
I wonder if there will be any more parallels as the series goes on! I hope so!! I want Knuckle Dad to train the Gentle Son.
hmmm…. I see the parallel but the words are a contradiction.
It looks like he’s really intimidated by Knuckle Duster and he says, “W-with all my strength, I decline…”
It’s funny because “Yabai” can mean something like “really bad” or “super cool” and it’s used in place of All Might’s phrase “Watashi ga kita” “For I am here”
and Gentle Man thinks: “Motto YABAI no ga kita” “An even more dangerous person is here.”
(Looking at the situation I don’t think this YABAI means “cool”)
For some reason the heroine from bnha’s spinoff –My Hero Academia ILLEGALS– reminds me of Bakugo ???? XDDD
TBH I thought it was a prototype of him at first.
BNHA Illegals chap 00
For those interested, this is the spinoff manga for BNHA based on Vigilantes:
It’s here! So cool! @izuqu @aurora-beams our headcanons didn’t really become reality - yet. But I’m sure there’s still hope! ;)
I wonder can a pro hero have their license revoked?
I feel like there’s a possibility of that having happened to Knuckleduster in the past, because, contrary to Pop Step and Spidermight/Kind-Man, he seems like he’d have both the motivation and capabilities to get a license. I feel like he may have a really dark past or something.
That’s what I was thinking. Maybe he even had a license at one time, but overstepped his boundaries as a pro and killed a villain/criminal? Who knows maybe the villain killed someone close to him or something? That’s behavior worthy of an anti-hero.
Or maybe he disagreed with the other heroes. He seems like someone who only cares about “justice” and not really about the way it’s carried out, while heroes have to follow certain rules. He could have killed a villain, like you said, or disobeyed the rules in another way, causing him to lose his license. Or he may even have killed a hero who he saw as someone with bad intentions.
Or he gave up his license voluntarily, after he made some sort of mistake. Maybe someone he was working with got hurt/died when he could have done something about it. Maybe he accidentally hurt/killed a civilian, and thought he wasn’t worthy to be an official hero anymore. And then he became a vigilante, so he could still help people.
Perhaps he didn’t like how the hero system of this society works and gave up his license voluntarily. Think about it - it seems like Knuckleduster wants to punish criminals, most likely he wants to make an example of that. He seems - to me - as a guy who would want to scare possible future criminals into not even starting their criminal activities. More of “preventing” the crime, and less of “just acting when the villains already showed up and did some damage”.
Now, the hero system works less on preventing and more of taking care of things after they happened. The exact opposite of what Knuckleduster wants. What sense does it make to let citizens get hurt or even killed due to a rampaging villain when it could have been prevented somehow? Knuckleduster doesn’t agree that he has to just wait and see if there is a villain attack before he can move out and do something - he wants to do something before anything can happen.
But that’s not how the heroes of this world work. And once Knuckleduster realizes that, he gives up on being a “proper" hero and instead decides to do his own thing. Even when that means that he has to become a vigilante.
IT’S NOT JUST A HOODIE IT’S AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE, LIMITED EDITION HOODIE
HE’S SUCH A NERD I LOVE HIM
I STILL CAN’T GET OVER THE FACT THAT IZUKU DOESN’T OWN THIS HOODIE!
But seriously, I love Spidermight, and I hope there WILL be a fight / discussion / some jealousy over that hoodie.
