Confluence: The Tomb of Wax. Fallen gods and the true ones, their lives are somehow reflected in the light of the candles in the buried tomb. Some candles are bright, tall and well wick'd, the gods they mirror adored and cared for and respected throughout the Coast and beyond. The ones that are dimming, dripping wax and stuttering, almost drowning? Their gods are struggling, working to keep their worship steady, blessing the mortals around them to keep their forms, to stay alive. And the candles that are out, wicks burned and fragile, wax hardened and dripped to the floor? Nothing will bring back the spark of what they once shone for, no matter how many matches you burn. More lineages for Confluence! Out of thousands of Lineages Umbrans are one of @publishinggoblin favourites! With 6 limbs and heads made of Ephemra, a type of dark smoke or spirit energy, Umbrans are particularly unique! Although Umbrans can be found in city centers with their Mirn partners, you are more likely too see them in small towns in the country side or traveling for the thrill of learning.
Umbrans do not have mouths in the traditional sense, therefore they communicate in Tap Speak, tapping against their breast plates and masks. Here is Ajurea various combinations of technology have given them other forms of communication like telepathy. Umbrans born with masks that resemble an exoskeleton. Masks are often removed as they grow. Some Umbrans craft their own masks, but gifting masks or having a mask made are also common occurrences. Klk'Klk, a playtesting PC of Seven Pedersen, whose mask was made with gamer buttons that make unique sounds that have unique meanings in Tap Speak.

Meet Resan Resan, a disabled Ajmniea merchant, whose wheelchair has more hidden compartments than you can dream of. Are they selling you the kitty lamp? Is the marker in their left hand an invitation to thieves party? And what is the white blindfold for?
More lineages for Confluence: The Ajmniea! Ajmniea are a spider folk from Era 14: Solare. They are often found at the heart of a community - the owner of the best local café in town, the chef in caravan, or the right hand of a thieves captain. They can be found anywhere in Ajurea, but are fairly rare.

Sharing some Confluence work (you can find more on twitter and insta with #CosmicMirrorRPG!) There are many playable Lineages in Confluence, thousands, maybe 100s of thousands. But none are quite like the Alfira. Alfira are a small people standing 3-4 feet tall, walking both bi and quadrupedally and are best known for their innovations in smoke magic and agricultural techniques. Their cultural centers are underground except in Brellence where they have settled in agrarian communities.🐁 Mander is one of the creators playtesting characters, and he's such a cutie, i love him.
