Baby Sea Turtles Are Awesome !!

There are seven types of sea turtles the green, loggerhead, Kemp's ridley, olive ridley, hawksbill, flatback, and leatherback. Turtles migrates thousands of miles to reach breeding grounds. After mating at sea, adult female sea turtles return to land to lay their eggs.

The eggs are buried inside the sand of a sea beach where the pregnant female builds its nest. It takes 50-60 days to hatch the eggs. The new born sea turtle babies then begin their journey towards the sea.

The babies of the ridley sea turtles go to the sea by hundreds. Such a group is known as arribada .
