Out of all the things I’ve received at pride parades, as a Christian, this one is my favorite.
I’m happy just to dance with you..
i’ve met so many young writers with diverse interests & habits in the last few years that are so talented and creative it kills me… like i’ve met students that write slowly with such care and dedication and commitment to growth, i’ve met people who can pretty much just lock themselves in a room and bang out a novel in a couple days because they love it and they can’t stop, i’ve met people who write all these massively cool articles and poems and stories and zines and spoken word pieces who love to collaborate on all these extensive projects with other writers and artists and deserve so many rewards for their hard work. i’ve met people who have changed the way i think about making stories and poems more than any book or any class could ever do for me. writers are so geeky and beautiful and there’s a special place in my heart for chatting and hanging out with them it restores something vital in me

Ok, but can we talk about how much raw EMOTION Jennifer put into that line? She managed to pour YEARS of Emma’s frustrations and insecurities into EIGHT FRICKIN WORDS. Bravo, Jen. Just…bravo. (via the-unreadable-book)
“Music is my way out. I keep things locked up and never say anything. I guess in order to say something to one person, I have to sing it to a couple of thousand. It doesn’t make for healthy relationships.”
- Florence Welch
AU: There’s no curse. Emma and Regina are two women who fell in love and are raising Henry together. It’s Halloween, and Regina swings by the sheriff’s office after work to meet her wife and son to go trick-or-treating.

Swan Queen relationship goals...
A big reason why I ship Swan Queen so passionately is because it focuses on two women who are strong & assertive but are also flawed, vulnerable & even insecure…Swan Queen is more than just two women recognizing that they love, care & respect each other profundly, it’s also the fact they have helped each other become better people (daughters, mothers, women) without selfish motives. Even when they were at a very confrontentional dynamic they challenged each other - sometimes through painful truths - but in the end that raw honesty made them grow. The connection they share is so unique that it allowed/helped them to mature, not only their relationship in itself but more importantly as individuals…they have carried each other, willingly & relunctantly, to a place in which they are equals and they are more than the labels people thrust at them. This has been captured so beautifully in those moments/glimpses we’ve seen through the show, in the acting & editing choices that are able to stand & shine against forced & superficial pairings. That’s what makes my heart explode with feels when I see them together, because I can relate feeling that you’re not ‘normal’, that the weight of the mistakes you’ve done in the past won’t let you move forward and that you don’t deserve to be happy…and that’s why I will believe in them until they become canon, because they are definietly relationship goals.
