Pollution from farms is toxic to the environment and surrounding communities, so it is good news that a federal court has reversed a decades-old Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) order that exempted most farms from reporting emissions.

Ouch, feels a bit like the fox guarding the hen house. Why does this matter? Because animal agriculture (from start to finish) contributes greatly to global greenhouse gas emissions (both carbon dioxide and methane). Not an alternative fact, either.
