Hogwarts subjects | Defence Against the Dark Arts
Defence Against the Dark Arts is a core class and subject taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In this class students learn how to magically defend themselves against Dark Creatures, the Dark Arts, and other dark charms. Offensive magic is also taught in this class, such as how to duel, which requires the use of both offensive and defensive magic.
Claiming my Draco tops Harry Fic, “The Dragon’s Arms”
A few days ago, I made an edit in anticipation of claiming my @dracotops-harry fic, “The Dragon’s Arms,” so here it is! The images represent key moments in the story. For anyone curious, this was the inspiration for Harry’s chest piece.
This was my first time participating in a fanfic fest, and it was a great experience. Thank you to the mods, my beta readers, and the lovely rec’ers, commenters and readers! I’m in the middle of grading hell, so it will take me a few days to respond to everyone who left comments or blogged about my story, but I’ll just say now that every comment gave me chills. This story is the longest thing that I’ve put online, and the response has been great. Thank you all so much for reading!! <3<3<3
I do think that I may have scared off some readers with the tags, so feel free to message me for clarification. The story deals with Harry’s PTSD and difficult memories from Draco’s background, but there’s romance/fluff, dancing, some humor, and Draco doing a shot of tequila!
