Day 2320, 29 October 2024
Underneath Canary Wharf, London
Underneath Canary Wharf there are vast corridors with basically nothing in them apart from a few lost people

Underneath Canary Wharf, London

Day 2315, 24 October 2024
Dusk at Canary Wharf and the River Thames from Limehouse, London
Day 2310, 19 October 2024
Building in Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London
Day 2308, 17 October 2024
A series of what can only be described as grass people, moss people or bush people have recently sprung up in Middle Dock in Canary Wharf in London. Whilst I do not think they have anything to do with Halloween, they are still nevertheless rather creepy and eerie.
Day 2306, 15 October 2023
Canary Wharf confusion
At first glance it is difficult to tell what is actually a physical building and what is a reflection of another building
Day 2290, 29 September 2024
Old versus new in East London
The Regents Canal and an old industrial chimney contrasts with the modern Canary Wharf district
Day 2287, 26 September 2024
Reflection of the JP Morgan building at Canary Wharf in the Docklands Light Railway tracks.
The JP Morgan building is probably the ugliest building on the Canary Wharf Estate. It looks like a soulless 1960s municipal building so this is probably the best way to view it
Day 2271, 10 September 2024
Captivated by Colour
The tunnel walkway leading to the Elizabeth Line station at Canary Wharf is actually a piece of artwork called Captivated by Colour by Camille Walala
Day 2265, 4 September 2024
Sitting down with Fortuna
Canary Wharf may be home to lots of banks but it is also home to London’s largest collection of outdoor public art. This is Fortuna by Helaine Blumenfeld.
Day 2238, 8 August 2024
Approaching Canary Wharf- the view from the front of a DLR train.
Despite riding the DLR (the Dockland Light Railway) in London around every other day, the overgrown kid in me still gets a thrill from sitting at the front of these driverless trains and pretending to drive. Obviously it being the Summer holidays, I had to elbow my way past several small children to enable me to sit in this prime position! 😉
Day 2233, 3 August 2024
Canary Wharf skyscrapers.
I never bore of the buildings in Canary Wharf in London
Day 2222, 23 July 2024
I know Canary Wharf is not everyone's cup of tea but it allegedly contains the UK's largest free to visit public art collection. This is "Click Your Heels Together Three Times" by Adam Nathaniel Furman in Adams Plaza although personally I'm failing to see the Wizard of Oz connection.
Day 2215, 16 July 2024
From underneath
The bridge carrying the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) into Canary Wharf, London
Day 2212, 13 July 2024
Newfoundland Tower in Canary Wharf, London contrasts with a converted chapel in Limehouse
I don't believe I have ever photographed this perspective of the Newfoundland Tower before. My belief is based primarily on the fact that I rarely walk down the street from which the photograph was taken rather than me having trawled through 2000 odd days to check if I've photographed this scene before.
Day 2211, 12 July 2024
Elantica 'The Boulder' is a sculpture by Tom & Lien Dekyvere. It is made from old circuit boards. It can be found sandwiched between buildings outside the Elizabeth Line station in Canary Wharf, London
Day 2208, 9 July 2024
Two of my favourite subjects combine: reflections and Canary Wharf. The building reflected is the Marriott Hotel which I always think looks rather dated compared to the rest of Canary Wharf
