As usual I should be doing something productive and healthy, like trying to get some sleep and/or polishing off my psych dementia paper whilst in warrior pose, etc... but the sleeping pills aren't working and instead I'm polishing off this second rice and beans, browsing brainpickings and this site while chainsmoking and rewatching the last two seasons of Foyle's War, which I ADORE...

also munching on goldfish and craving chocolate cake like a fiend because anxiety and depression and probably hormones and FOOD,

so fuck it my fat reserves are hungry dammit

another thrilling night in the life (alone again, naturally)

oh, and I might be going off to work at a Californian organic farm for 5 months.... mayybe

and I'm reshuffling my life, again, but really when does that mountainous heap of filing ever get sufficiently sorted, eh?
