of course~! they met plenty in Rosa’s time on board the Oro Jackson, battling it out with the Marines.
tho, Rosa only ever got the one sneak hit in, since Roger forced her to promise she’d never try to fight Garp, since he was much stronger than her and only Roger would take him on personally (occasionally Rayleigh would step in to fight as well). Which is just as well since after a time Dragon started joining in the battles and Rosa was kept occupied.
