benny hesitates for just another moment, closing his eyes, willing some previously unknown source of strength he bursts from behind the tree with a “FUCKING KISS ALREADY” and he stands there, staring at them, and the entirety of purgatory seems to have gone completely still and then we cut back to benny still behind the tree, opening his eyes, unable to actually do what he’s fantasising about, his lower lip trembling at the strain and then realising that the bickering has turned to shouting and his eyes light up as he turns to peer around the trunk of the tree at the two now in a screaming match containing so much truth they might as well kiss already and benny smiles happily at this breakthrough with a “seems miracles do happen”

There’s a certain amount of big bi energy you generally don’t expect to get hit with looking at Supernatural, and I think this may be past that level.
