How would your characters react to having a secret admirer?
I'm not sure if you are referring to characters in my blog or in my book that I've talked about before so I'll just give a characters that are well known on my blog!
I think, in any case, it depends on the way the secret admirer presents themselves. I've had a secret admirer personally and it was absolutely terrifying. I got a note saying that I would get a letter in my locker every day for a week. I was to return letters to a specific locker, a locker that wasn't his. And in my letters I could never ask who he was, otherwise he would stop sending letters. And I really wanted to know who it was. It scared the hell out of me, but I didn't know if I would get killed or what (see my anxiety?). It was super ominous and I was scared to go to the principal about it. (Turns out, it was one of my friends who had liked me, but I had gotten a boyfriend).
So, given that circumstance ( my blog characters only);
- BrainWrecker would be extremely thrilled! He would probably attempt to match the admirer's mysterious vibe (even though everyone already knows Brainwrecker).
- Luke (Lucas) would be really intrigued at first, but also confused. After the confusion settled, he would likely just toss the thought aside and never pay mind to it.
- Danny (Danielle) would be just as freaked out as I was, however she would go into detective mode. She wouldn't tell her team about it because she wouldn't want to put them in danger of knowing (also because she wants to be uber independent).
- (Unnamed protagonist from asthma attack prompt on BTHB) would attempt to go into hiding. She would likely think it was her brother trying to trick and mess with her.
