Confession: I have a friend who likes to text me at like 4am when he’s had nightmares or he can’t sleep or he just needs a friend. He thinks I’m always awake at 4am but really I go to bed around 12am and I change his text-tone to the loudest one I have just so it wakes me up when he needs me.

I think that since its been a year since I made this post its time for an update. In the past year I’ve watched this post grow and grow, people I work with have told me about it as “this post I saw the other day” and they have no idea it’s my post. The person I wrote this about has even reblogged it. He is no longer texting me at 4am. Not because we no longer speak but because the nightmares have stopped. He and I both are in a much better place. Most often the only times he’s waking me up at 4am is when he’s pulling me closer to him while we sleep. He’s more than a friend now and I’m forever thankful to have him. Everyone messaged me saying he was lucky to have me but I think I was just as lucky to have him and I would do it all over.

You’re missing part of the anagram so you should probably wait! It’ll get explained in the game anyway, so no need to try to spoil yourself.

So ever since I got my VLR bracelet, it’s had these scratches on the surface that I wish I could get rid off. Does anyone know how I could make those go away? The “crystal” is actually plastic, if that helps
And also, I was about to change the battery for a new one but how could I take it out of its socket? I tried pushing the sprint a little, but it still doesn’t have enough room to get out.

I don’t know if this’ll help at all, but did you remove the thin plastic that covers the watch face? A lot of people missed that you had to take that off. Other than that, I’m afraid I’m not much help.
what if the reason carlos didn’t talk in the trailer is because they wanted to preserve the twist that he has a cockney accent and is the person G-OLM was modeled after

Remember the words on the 4infinity site that had the counter ultimately leading up to the announcement of ZTD? Those are already starting to be relevant!
The words were: ice cream, coin (scrolling left), firefighter (scrolling right), shotgun, ring, salt (removed) and Gab.
And the removed images that had five words each: dream, PENCIL, HOPE, EYES, TEAM and speak, BLACK, salt, Novel, OPEN.
Ice cream (Eric works at an ice cream store), firefighter (Carlos is a firefighter), Gab (name of the dog) and TEAM have been relevant thus far. The source contains more clues that have been tossed about prior to the announcement, so check it out!
The removed words are only test words, and have no relevance at all. So you can ignore them. (I work at Aksys; and if you don’t want to take my word for it, feel free to contact Aksys for confirmation) There ARE more words than the ones you listed too.
Remember back when the countdown ended and they said we shouldn’t pay attention to the words since they were just random and to garner attention, and had nothing to do with the game?

Gab is the dog, Eric is an ice cream salesman, Carlos is a firefighter, CQD is the name of the three teams. Shift is most likely a reference to switching between the teams or timeline jumps. Psychopath is pretty self explanatory.
That leaves coin, shotgun, ring, portrait and 1/216 since the coordinates and 50m was about where and when ZE3 was revealed. I’m pretty sure that in the end all these words will end up playing a part in the story too.
It wasn’t a lie. We were referring to the test words that everyone thought were important (salt, dream, etc). We never said the final words weren’t important; why would we share them if they weren’t?
50m is not about where/when ZE3 was revealed, btw. Just the coordinates and “cut-here” were.

Just an fyi, but you have the wrong color image. The official one is more of a brown instead of green. I don’t know if you want to change it or not, but if you want it to look correct, then you might want to find the correct one. Just thought you should know.
Thought it might be interesting to show how my Mos Eisley piece breaks down in Photoshop! Despite technically being made up of a ton of layers (just for organization and ease of selection), the final piece breaks down into about five parts: inks, flats, shadows, bounce/atmosphere, and overlay.
So that’s my jam! I’m changing up and improving my process constantly, but this is definitely one way to get things done. :)
