There are so many things to love about "The Nigerian Job," but one of my favorites is the way it manages to repeatedly con the audience. First, we get swept up in the lie of Dubenich's request. Then, we're duped into thinking he's outsmarted the team. It's a masterclass in misdirection.
Also, of all the things from the pilot that are mirrored in "The Long Goodbye Job," it's one of the least obvious callbacks while being the most devastating.

I wasn't really familiar with Christian Kane's music (besides "Thinking of You" and his song from Angel) but he put on an incredible show.
Also Gina Bellman was sat in the row in front of us, which was distracting to say the least. She also took the stage before the final song. Aleyse Shannon was running around, too!

hey yeah sorry i cant go out tonight im rewatching leverage (2008-12) and leverage: redemption (2021-). yeah its time for me to indulge in the fantasy of karmic justice through heists and found family, unveiling greed and corruption of large corporations, and death to capitalism again. sorry about that.
Some of my favorite shots from the Leverage: Redemption panel. As someone else already graciously shared, it included a singalong to the Lucille theme song.
No timing details yet, but we also got a preview of the Season 3 opener, "The Weekend in Paris Job," which includes a fantastic revolving pseudo-single shot intro reintroducing the characters in the middle of a heist involving lots of pickpocketing, grifting and (of course) punching.
