My 2020 Summary of Art!¡
I honestly don’t know what you are supposed to put to make a summary of art but here it is!¡ You can definitely see the improvement throughout the year, and I’m proud of that!
January: I couldn’t really find any completed art from this time so I put this random doodle of monsters. I’m pretty sure I didn’t feel like drawing during the month and was also wasn’t feeling well at the time
February: When I got my alcohol markers!¡ Alcohol markers are my favorite traditional medium
March: It was my first attempt at line less art. I used a really sucky program at the time (or maybe it was just user error) so I didn’t really like drawing digitally and rarely touched it
April: A drawing of one of my friends roblox character
May: When I started using IbisPaint X!¡ This is when I consider when I started digital art. Using a better program really helped me improve and get more motivated to draw
June: My first Swan Crossing fanart! The first few arts of mine on tumblr I actually submitted bc I was too shy/anxious lol
July: My first digital ship piece! It was my most popular post for a while and I considered it like that for a few month
August: Oh my hecking gosh this piece took so loooong. Almost 15 hours, and I just painted on top of already finished line art! I like it, but it took forever
September: Favorite piece I have ever made right there. I really really love it. I 100% would make this my Home Screen.
October: Not my best piece from the month, but it represented the project that I spent most of my time on
November: A drawing with 2 of my ship children and one of Star’s. But I’m going to mention honorary one that was too cursed to put here, that Frollo!Nightmare x Gaston!Killer thing. It has almost 200 notes qwq I didn’t expect it to get more than 50. Also I’m completely confused in how the second person who reblogged it found it??? It wasn’t even on my main blog???
Edit: nvm i found out how one of the people who runs it follow my blogs
December: I debated putting my bday stuff here but I didn’t go with it. This is probably my second favorite piece I made, I like the flow of the drawing
