Okay, this is just dumb. Nick has two lines that say “I need this,” when he grabs the kit. Coach’s selfish line they even admit to. And all the rest of the lines are just generic ‘Grabbing first aid’. The only one who has any 'sweet’ lines at all is Ellis, with his, 'Hey I got a first aid kit if somebody needs it’ (and maybe debatably when he says 'Hope you don’t mind, I’m a take this first aid kit here’).
So why hate Ro and only Ro for it? She’s no more selfish or inconsiderate than Nick or Coach.
I am too late for this? Because i discover something interesting that reminds me of this confession and this comment A LOT, i know this is not technically a "grabbing-first-aid-dialogue"
I hate to ruin Ellis' fans (bruh, i'm a fan of Ellis too) but guys. . . Ellis has a very very very very very very one selfish line that i recently heard while i'm playing swamp fever *Everyone gasp with shockness* here is mah story
-i was playing swamp fever area 1, playing as Ellis, and i was going to grab the molotov and i was kinda shocked when he said "has anyone saw something here?" After he grab the molotov (i hope i record it via cellphone audio-
I know majority of us did not heard it but it is like we only heard it once in a blue moon (because probably it is in deleted dialogus of Ellis, which reminds me of a confession that there are some people who keep hearing deleted dialogues in gameplay) so everyone of them has a selfish dialogues
But wait! If you happened to heard Ellis saying it, you are just lucky like me

To the confessor : you are dumb, if you are in apocalypse, there is a time that you need to do nick's "me-first" attitude to save yourself, but you'll do it if you really need to help yourself or you are just in a fucking trouble.
If i would be asking how would i range them from more selfish to less selfish here is mine (not technically for first aid, but for all weapons and supplies, left is more selfish and right is less selfish, not going to be biased because this is how i view them)
Nick > Coach > Rochelle > Ellis
