This....this moment right here is when I really started liking Yennefer in the books. I really need them to have this conversation in the series.

I hope they follow the book Blood of Elves part of this story exactly. I need the running through the tunnels. I need the whole kidnapping and torture part, as much as it will make me cry. Though most importantly I need them to stick with who rescues Jaskier and their whole conversation afterwards. It is one thing that made me start liking this character more, and it helps character development between them too.

Can you believe Geralt and Jaskier have known each other for 23 years by the end of the Witcher’s series…
This quote from The Blood of Elves discribes Jaskier very well:

It is very possible for twenty some years to pass and Jaskier to look like he hasn't aged. Some people age differently and look younger than their actual age. I tend to be told I look about 10 + years younger than I am.

Yes, Jaskier is a spy. Yes, he would never give up Geralt to anyone and goes to great lengths to make sure he doesn't led people to Geralt.

This....this right here is when I truly started loving Yennefer. It got me in the heart when I read that. She couldn't be there for Geralt because of everything going on between them. Though she cares deeply for Geralt, and happy to see that he wasn't alone.
Being poly I can relate to this feeling of compersion. Also, it is one reason I ship them all as an open poly family.
