OG Nana/Thomas
I don't know why I feel like sharing this, but going to, anyway. This was a post thing I wrote during my DnD campaign. Basically wrote the sessions in a story type way and this was the introduction of Thomas about 15 sessions in. Until this point, she'd been using him as a form, but after a pact was made, he came as a character himself.
I was essentially playing 2 PCs - Nana, the changeling Ranger, and Thomas, the Rogue/Fighter. We had combat against some gigantic snake and this triggered Thomas' reaction. Each combat I'd roll a D100 to see if he'd take over or not. The more he did, the higher the chance of him having full control overall.
This was also the first combat where it all just clicked perfectly for me skills wise and even I was shocked with how efficient I was at taking down something. Reading through this, though I see how much my writing style has changed in the last year. I'm almost tempted to rewrite this whole thing and release it as an OC thing... Will see what happens. You can also see how the OG Nana & Thomas looked at the bottom (Thanks google for the images and love to the creators of these.)

I wake in Hammersend. I feel the hostility in the air. A cleric looks to me for answers. A halfling is shouting for the shopkeeper to stay quiet. The shopkeeper is shouting for a snake to attack. I draw my sword. I have not swung it for so long and yet the skills are there. The reflexes are still present. I stab through the scales multiple times. I feel the blade dig deeper as I press down. It turns on me and bites. There is no pain, though. The blood leaves my chest, but the longing for the kill is greater. The cleric wastes his magic by keeping me alive. Death is just an inconvenience. A snake will not end me. I straddle the back of it and climb to its head, where I plunge my sword directly. The beast tries to shake me off, but I hold on. The halfling swings a great sword, giving the snake the push it needs to collapse and die.
We left the shop and Leni (halfling) spoke of how what Nana had done was very impressive. Nana was confused saying that they only questioned him and it was nothing, but Leni was saying "no, with the snake." Thodol (cleric) was further suspicious of Nana's actions. If it's not suspicion over simple behaviours, it is now over lack of behaviours. He wrote notes to keep track of their inconsistencies. The group decided they needed to talk about their findings and what their next steps would be. The most private place to talk would be in the portal house, so in one of the tavern's rooms, they opened it. Minor changes were there, such as the kitchen being moved and the addition of Nana's mirror room, but otherwise it was the same place where they ate breakfast just days before.
The group spoke together about the King of Thieves and how they could find the entrance or draw someone out. Nana offered suggestions such as finding a bar, or simply waiting now that people knew they were in town, but the group was unsure of this. Discussion continued over tea.
So much discussion, but no action. I listen, but it goes in circles. They have the information they need, now is the time act to on it. I put in my plan, but the cleric instantly turns on me. For a man of blind faith, he questions a lot. He realises that the outer skin is not everything, that I am separate from the changeling. I answer their questions. Nana has told them so much about me and yet they seem surprised with who I am. I tell them what they need to know, but right now, we are wasting time. He should be dead by now. They should all be dead.
