Me finishing writing said fic: shit.
God, writing is so HARD! I love it but I hate it at the same time, like when I eat pineapple even though I'm allergic and it fucks up my mouth. I still eat the pineapple, but I complain about it the whole time!
Pro tip: When you write while sick, make sure you read back over it when you're better! I just almost posted an entire fic of nonsense because in my fever addled brain the sentences made sense. They do not make sense at all.

You don't need anyone's approval for the stories you write and the art you create. But it's also absolutely valid to want some approval from your audience. Kudos and likes don't determine your creation's worth. But it just feels amazing to receive them.

I FINALLY FINISHED IT! after a year and a half of writing, I have finished my first ever fanfic! It has been a long and suprising road, but Learning to Live is finished. I'm so proud of my work and I'm so happy so many people enjoy it! I will definitely be writing more stories. Omg.....so I've been using a transcript of the LOTR movies script for writing my fic, and I just realized that this transcript leaves out a TON of scenes from the movies!!!! I need to rewrite so many chapters now 😞
