My partner & I are thinking of going vegan..
I’ve always wanted to be vegan, and people always assume it’s a simple choice. But I have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and eat very limited vegetables due to texture issues.. so you could see how I’d have a hard time with a diet that’s purely plant based.
However, I’ve been doing a lot of research, looking at blogs, videos etc to find a way I could actually do this. Do you think I could manage this lifestyle? Advice/thoughts?
