New Captain America 2 & Guardians of the Galaxy Concept Art
I really hope this concept art means that Captain America: The Winter Soldier will feature The Winter Soldier as he first appeared in Ed Brubaker’s Captain America run. Seeing Cap fight against evil Russian-mind controlled Bucky would be an awesome fight on the big-screen. It also comes as no surprise that ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ will feature a Mos Eisley cantina type of scene showcasing the alien underworld that some of the Guardians come from.
Anthony Mackie will play The Falcon in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier"
Anthony Mackie talked to AICN about playing The Falcon:
"I will have wings. I will be able to fly. I will be a superhero and fight people, namely The Winter Soldier."
Really, that's all we needed to know.
Rumor has it he'll also be part of the roster for Avengers 2. Here's hoping!

Variety announced last week that Frank Grillo's been signed on to play Crossbones in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."
Always one of our favorites, so it'll be cool to see him on the big screen.
I did that for Captain America. I think the tendency, with those films, would be to probably not bring a villain back. They might for The Avengers, but I didn’t think I’d be in Captain America 2 or 3. I don’t think Red Skull will be there. And it’s not something I would want to do again. I’m glad I did it. I did sign up for a number of pictures and I suppose, contractually, I would be obliged to, if they forced me to, but they wouldn’t want to force someone to do it, if they didn’t want to. I think I’ve done my dash with that sort of film. It was good to do it and try it out, but to be honest, it’s not the sort of film I seek out and really am excited by. As an actor, to do all sorts of different films is great. It stretches you in different ways. But, I increasingly like to go back to what I used to always do, which is to get involved with projects that I really have a personal affiliation with.

Don't know about discontinuing the numbering, since it lends some continuity and character to a series.
Then again, they can always just arbitrarily jump back into it (as they did previously with Captain America and so many other titles a few years back).
