This is a really good question!
H&S: The epilogue. I wrote this first. Before I even had a full plot and worked backwards. I just love everything about it.
Swallow: The epilogue again.😂 More specifically their little back and forth when he gets out and sees her standing there waiting on him. “Yeah, baby, we can start our life now.” 😍
Astrophile: Easy Peasy. End of chapter 9
“Maybe that will be our thing. Pinky promise without the pinky.”
“Yeah, but I wasn’t prepared for this baby…” Bucky ran his tongue over his lips, eyes trained on yours. “I don’t think I can concentrate when you look this good.”
You laughed and gave him a slow teasing kiss, just barely brushing against his lips and whispered. “You picked out the dress.”
“I’m a masochist. Clearly.”
BTS: Out of everything I've written this is probably my favorite. It's hard to pick one scene honestly. I really love the end of chapter three where he comes out back and makes her come to bed. That was one of the first scenes I wrote. I actually built the series around that moment. The end of chapter 9. “If you could go back to that night and do it over, would you?” ”yes”
But if I had to pick one, I guess it's the end of chapter 6. I loved the piano scene. Where they are laying under it and talking about their past. Their little back and forth. This scene:
You smiled despite yourself and whispered, “I want to.”
Bucky placed a kiss to your forehead and whispered against your skin, “No, you don’t.”
He knows her so well and knows despite her hurt and how much she wants to be jaded it's just not in her. That's not who she is and Bucky knows that. I could go on and on about how BTS is my best work and the most underrated but I won't bore you. 😜
