Some paintings from my time in Lacoste!
Whew boy... so for my last class I had to draw over 1,000 figures! Golly!! Here’s the highlight reel, drawing time varies from 10 seconds to 10 minutes, but most are 60 seconds. ☆ﾟ* (ﾉ; •́ ω •̀ ) *☆
While at SCAD Lacoste, all of the students were assigned a section of a comic script, and here’s mine! It was about how our Sequential Arts teacher got kidnapped by the Boar Prince (Boars are common in Provence). This is the thrilling climax when the students find their teacher and the Prince in the local quarry next to our campus! These were actual students in our class, that teacher was our professor, and that’s me in the last panel!
So it turns out if you negative gestures done in marker you can get some pretty cool results!
