Ragan Smith killing a Patterson dismount on beam. Really great form but decent technique…but her turning hella early works for her. But she gets really great hight…like really great.

I though so too. No one turns early on a Patterson compared to Bross lol

the thing is, an arabian REQUIRES an early turn. the entire identifying aspect of the skill is that the turn takes place early, prior to the salto. it’s only too early if the gymnast is turning while their feet are still on the beam. turning immediately upon taking off (like ragan does) is correct.
