Bronze wine goblet, Shang Dynasty, China, 11th-10th century BC
from The Art Institute of Chicago
@camilleton Well ... I travel back in time with my time machine to the Chinese bronze age. I take copper and tin and melt them together and I cast the piece in either sand or clay. I use good quality copper, which is key. Gotta be careful these days because some grifter in Mesopotamia has been flooding the copper market with some real bad low quality shit and some of it makes it as far as Yinxu.
Am willing to trade for say ... 5 or 6 bushels of buckwheat or 8 - 9 bushels of rice. WILL NOT accept cowrie shells or oracle bones.
Ok, have half the grains ready up front. Remember NO ORACLE BONES! I've never been good at pyromancy.
