I always found it super helpful to do supper shitty, non-commital doodles to help me organize my thoughts and do proper planning when doing comics. (Also assigning a keyword/intention to each page and seeing how they flow together helps mightily with pacing) Now that I’ve begun doing manga professionally, the more I realize I adore being messy and breaking all the rules I learned at design school. Do whatever you want and works for you, forgo rules and just have fun. The thumbnail script and sample pages are from my leopika doujinshi :D

All of us in these 8 tables are leopika people so my jp friends lovingly dubbed it the "leopika island/turf" 😂 Working on a billion leopika things, hope to be able to post soon (one of them is a pwp R18 doujin, I'm dying of embarasment tbh :'D)
