Commission for @waterwriter144 . Chloe and Nadine from Uncharted <:
first art of the year with my comfort characters. this was the Chlodineweek “Popular Memes/Tropes” prompt that I discarded bc when i started coloring it i thought there was too much work to do and also didn’t think it fits the theme well
pub/club is one of my fave trope scenarios. I like the idea of neon lights, music and made eye contact

Any Chlodine fic you recommend/ read lately?
This might sound crazy, but I honestly don’t read Chlodine that much. Also I haven’t read a multi-chapter fic and have just read smut one shots…. Anyway, I’d recommend “how your type operates” and “Stuck.” I definitely need to explore the Chlodine tag and start reading some longer fics for them though!
I tried my hand at one of your prompts! It’s my first ever Fanfic! I hope that you’ll like it 😁
So I finished playing Uncharted: Lost Legacy and I have have Chloe/Nadine based FEELINGS.
In an attempt to be NSFW conscientious… the full image is beyond the cut.
I’m going live!
Come talk/ask questions on Discord! Come watch me write live here!
It’s 1pm right now for me and I’ll probably be live for a good amount of time. Stop in whenever you’d all like :)
So I got an ask asking about why I write for certain ships more than others. The main reason is because I write for fun. I don’t do this for money, I don’t do this for a following, I do it for fun. So if I’m going to be spending such a significant amount of time doing something, I’m going to do it for a ship/fandom that I enjoy the most.
I also write what I get as requests. Although I’m multifandom, it’s clear that TLOK is my main focus. TLOK is where I started and built my fanbase, so it makes sense that that has been prominent in my works.
Another key component of whether I write more for certain ships than others is the community. If the community reacts more and leaves kudos/comments and subscribes, then there is so much more motivation to write for that fandom. It shows that they are enjoying what I’m enjoying and that I’m not wasting my time.
Here’s a way to kind of quantify this for you all. Here are the kudos to hit ratios, average amount of hits, and average amount of comments for the one shot requests I’ve completed in the last two-ish months.
Korrasami (13 fics) - average kudos percentage: 11.1%, max 12.6%, min 9.2% - average amount of hits: 874 - average amount of comments: 16
Chlodine (7 fics) - average kudos percentage: 7.8%, max 11.7%, min 5.5% - average amount of hits: 609 - average amount of comments: 5
Wayhaught (2 fics) - average kudos percentage: 6.9%, max 7.4%, min 6.3% - average amount of hits: 1280 - average amount of comments: 2.5
Pharmercy (2 fics) - average kudos percentage: 7.3%, max 8.9%, min 6.2% - average amount of hits: 1468 - average amount of comments: 9
Preath (3 fics) - average kudos percentage: 2.1%, max 2.3%, min 1.9% - average amount of hits: 1846 - average amount of comments: 1
TLOK[Kyalin/Wuko] (4 fics) - average kudos percentage: 9.7%, max 14.2%, min 4.3% - average amount of hits: 546 - average amount of comments: 3
Now take a look at the numbers. The one with the highest number of hits had the lowest percent of enjoyment and involvement from the readers/fandom. The ones that had lower hits, actually had way more involvement and showed more enjoyment by the percentage of kudos and comments. I understand that there are more fics for Korrasami and Chlodine, but the ship that actually had a great response was Kyalin from TLOK. The numbers were lower because of a Wuko fic that I had written and I shouldn’t have included it in the stats. So honestly, the TLOK fandom is where it’s at. It’s where the readers are most involved. Where they show they are enjoying the fics through kudos and comments. The Chlodine fandom is coming through too and they’re also sending in the most requests. I assume that if I were to write more for Wayhaught and Pharmercy the stats would probably be better, but they aren’t my main focus and I don’t enjoy writing them as much. Also ABO is often the request for Pharmercy for some reason. But that’s a whole different discussion.
Now as a writer, this is what I have to say to readers - If you like what you’re reading, hit the kudos button and take the time to comment. A writer isn’t going to keep writing for a fandom if there isn’t a response. Hits honestly are not the most important thing when it comes to the statistics. It’s the kudos and comments. So show your support. If you want more content in your fandom, then support the artists and writers. A simple hit of a kudos button and a simple “that was great!” can make a big difference in whether a person keeps creating or not.
AU where Nadine is Chloe’s literal knight in shining armor complete with gladiator sandals
This one’s longer so I’m not going to paste it onto this reply. (AO3 Link)

Nadine is an athlete and Chloe is a cheerleader!
Hey, I combined this prompt with another. Here’s the tumblr post. And this is the AO3 Link: http://archiveofourown.org/works/13500814
Chlodine prompt: Ok so I have this idea that keeps popping in my head that even though Chloe is a big flirt, she is actually a Virgin , but not for Long 🤓
I combined this with this prompt: “Nadine is an athlete and Chloe is a cheerleader!” So it ended up being a High School AU one shot. (AO3 LINK)
I remember my parents telling me that popularity didn’t matter. They told me that what really mattered was that I stayed true to myself. That I stuck to my guns and did what I wanted. They didn’t tell me it’d be so hard. They didn’t tell me that I’d be forced to sit by myself during lunch. That when I passed people in the halls, they’d snicker and point. They never told me that. And they weren’t able to tell me how to get through it either. Not since the accident.
I let out a long sigh as I lower my head and walk through the hall. I just need to get to class and then I’ll be good. The worst times were always when the teachers weren’t around. I grip the straps of my backpack until my knuckles are white when I spot him. His name’s Gideon Emery, but everyone calls him Orca. Really, school wouldn’t be so bad if he weren’t here.
I try to pass him without him seeing me, but he does.
“Hey, Four Eyes!” I keep walking hoping he’ll stop, but he doesn’t. “Hey! I’m talking to you, Bushhead, come back here.”
I grit my teeth when his hand grabs onto my ponytail and he tugs hard. Tears well up in my eyes and I look at the ground so that he can’t see them.
“Heard you did great at the track meet. Ran like a fucking horse, but it’s not surprising since you look like one.”
I don’t say anything and he shoves my shoulders.
“What, can’t even talk now? You’re so fucking stupid.”
“Hey!” I feel an arm fall across my shoulders and my body shrinks into itself even more. “How bout you shove off, Orca.” She then speaks to me. “Come on. Let’s go.”
She turns us around and starts walking me to class, her arm still over my shoulders.
“Why don’t you say anything when he does that?”
“It’s not worth it,” I say quietly.
“Nadine, he shouldn’t be treating you like that.”
What if Chloe got trapped under some rubble that collapsed while her and Nadine where on a job together Also I know beggars can’t be choosers and all , but I have no creativity and was wondering if this could be a longer one pleeeeeaaase :D
There was another similar prompt so I merged them once again. Also it’s not super long, but has a good amount of detail and thought behind the actual treasure hunting. The other prompt was; “Oooh what about one where Nadine sets off a booby trap and Chloe gets her out of harms way taking by taking the hit herself B)” (AO3 LINK)
Nadine stared in awe at the temple. When Chloe had come to her one night, saying that she’d gotten a new lead, she hadn’t believed her. How could Hua Mulan’s sword actually be real. It was a legend. And if she were a real woman, the sword surely would have been destroyed by now. But Chloe was so confident and spoke so fast that Nadine was barely able to keep up. In the end, Chloe was persuasive, like she usually was and Nadine gave in. They booked a flight and flew to Yibin City in China. And that’s where they found themselves now, deep in the Shunan Bamboo Forest and standing in front of a giant temple.
“Well shit. You’re right once again,” Nadine said, her words quiet.
“We still don’t know if the sword is actually in there. I really hope so.”
“Me too. We did fly all the way here,” Nadine teased.
