I think hearing some people talk dismissively of things like masks or vaccines, it flashes me back to being in the heat of the lockdown and the kinds of arguments I’d see. This is such a stupid thing to make political but even after things have returned to everyday usual, I still hear the same attitudes
I feel like people should spend a much longer time with their significant other before getting engaged, at least a two year period before popping the question. Everyone moves on different timelines, and there’s no way to know who your partner will become throughout life, but it’s much more likely that you’ll see whether or not you can spend your life with someone working towards common goals if you spend a longer time in the relationship learning each other.
