Does anyone else with Fibromyalgia have problems with body temperature regulation? Like sometimes I’m so cold that if I don’t cover up with a ton of blankets I can’t even function, I’ll just sit there and shiver. On the opposite end sometimes I get so hot I get cold sweats and nauseous and just feel sick. This is me every day.. if I tried to do all of that in a day I would be down for a week, but some days just doing one of us too much with the amount of pain my knees are causing me the last year. Let alone mixing my Fibromyalgia into the mix. It is incredibly disheartening and depressing on a day to day basis. I keep going though.
