I'm doing great, I recently started going jogging a few times a week and it MASSIVELY improved my mood and made it so much easier to deal with my adhd. Like,,, things are just easier now? The rude thing about exercise is that it actually helps, you feel me?

I'm so glad!!! it literally is so rude that exercise does everything the studies say it does. like... it's awful while you do it but then you get so many benefits afterward so it's like the quintessential adhd catch-22 LMAO
I've been better, but I've also been way worse. I'm kind of on a long journey trying to figure out some mystery health issues and I'm not in love with how my new doctor is handling it. however, I feel like I'm definitely over the hump now; earlier in the semester I could hardly stay out of bed because I was so fatigued. now I do most of my tasks normally and with a cheerful attitude to boot! not sure what happened to cause the change but I'm grateful for it!
