Don't lose hope! There's tons of free resources and tips available online now that can help u develop healthy coping mechanisms to ease your symptoms.
that autistic (and adhd) feeling where after social events you feel the need to lie on the floor and recalibrate like a wii remote
ADHD culture is making extra sure you put that Important Thing in your bag/backpack/pocket that you'll need later that day, only to freak out and rifle through your belongings in a panic when you forgot that you did it.
being neurodivergent is all fun and games until someone is slightly critical of you and you suddenly feel physically ill
- Interrupting
- Avoiding eye contact
- Asking deep questions
- Auditory processing challenges
- Over sharing
- Difficulty maintaining personal space
Having ADHD does not mean what people think it means. It’s so exhausting having to explain that all the time
