Took a few months, a new Pokemon game came out and pushed it back another month, but its finally done. I will never make another Genshin outfit for an octopus villager ever again. I wanted to revist Carmen's old Ice Cream design but redesign it to be better. The original was designed to show more skin bc I wanted to showcase that it was possible. But that's been proven very much now, so i can focus on designing something nice! So baboom, a cute lil dress that was painful to make. I spent hours on making a good wafflecone pattern. So many failed attempts.
