Running short on time before some nasty ogres arrive, Emma holds a knife at Killian’s throat and asks him one question: “Why does Captain Hook want to go to Storybrooke?” Why, it’s to exact revenge on the man who stole his hand, of course: Rumplestiltskin.
Trembling with Fear in episode 2x05 “The Doctor”
It’s very subtle, but as the scene continues and the ogre comes closer, you can actually see Killian trembling at times. Either Colin put this little extra into his performance to reveal how “bested” Hook truly felt… or he was cold. Either way, it’s very nice to see! ;)

Because once you’ve got him there, it’s really a shame to let him loose.

Convinced Killian’s lying about who he is and what he’s after, Emma has Mulan tie him to a tree and brings their location to the attention of some nearby ogres with a shrill whistle. The four ladies then gather their things and set off, forcing Killian to choose between coming clean or taking his chances with the ogre.
