#this kills me#like he’s barely back from the airport fight#rhodey’s injured#natasha; the one other person who was treating him well; just deserted him#and people are still ringing him up and he has to answer alone#i still remember his voice when he said ‘fire up the chopper’ like HE IS TIRED#LET HIM REST#tony stark#mcu#cap 3#and then people WONDER WHY his emotions were all boiling over by the end#like my god i am an insomniac and i get nasty after a couple nights without sleep when all i’m doing is like regular life stuff#by the time tony gets to steve and bucky in siberia he likely hasn’t slept properly SINCE FUCKING BERLIN. DO YOU REALIZE THIS#ross gives him the 36 hour window to catch steve & co. 24 hours later he has flown FROM GERMANY TO THE U.S. AND BACK to bring peter in#the airport fight happens (no need to talk about physical exhaustion here) then he tends to a paralyzed rhodey; nat walks out#followed by the whole raft Moment which must have severely fucked him up emotionally sixteen times over#and then he IMMEDIATELY flies off the motherfucking SIBERIA#to watch his parents being murdered on tape by the man standing right by him#when the other guy standing by him chose to cover it all up#like i would have fucking gone ballistic right around the pre-fight convo at the airport when steve’s like#‘you’ve been busy’ like YES I HAVE BEEN BUSY THANK YOU FOR NOTICING [blasts somebody’s face off] like its way too much stress for me (via @knightinironarmor)
