hi ace! i was wondering if you're aware of any whump in all creates great & small besides 5x01/06? i watched those two episodes after seeing your posts & well... i need more! i'm a sucker for a cinnamon roll whumpee like james.
Hi!! Omg I LOVE that you checked out those episodes!! Ahh I love ACGAS so much. It's such a great cozy period show. James is my favorite. Definitely makes a fantastic cinnamon roll whumpee! I'd love to read some whumpy fics for him. Maybe I'll write one myself one day lol. So in terms of canon whump there isn't a lot, if any really. Cause it's just not that kind of show. There's an episode in season 1 when James is starting to get sick. He coughs a few times but it doesn't go beyond that. In that same episode, Siegfried is indeed sick and it's great. That's why James is coming down with something. It's 1x06 I believe. The current season, season 5, has been the closest to whump we've gotten between the emotional angst of James and Tristian being at war (It's world war II) and then James getting sick with brucellosis. 3x03 is one of my favorite episodes because it's about Siegfried and his connection with horses and his service during ww1. There's some good angst there.
But yeah that's pretty much it in terms of canon whump. Which is why I was so happy to get 5x01 and 5x06! I do recommend watching the rest of the show anyways because it's so good and you'll have a great time watching it, I promise!!
