- seeing Crowley's fall

the pain, the burnt wings. The fear. The betrayal.

- seeing Hell punish Crowley after the Scotland episode

or just being punished in general but I would love to see why he's so afraid of going on without holy water as insurance

- Crowley's depression after Aziraphale leaves and chooses heaven over him

not having the energy to get out of bed, to eat (I guess he doesn't need to, but now he won't even enjoy it), over-drinking, crying, snapping at anyone who approaches him. Fetal position and anger like a cornered dragon.

And finally:

- heaven finding and taking Crowley to be tried in front of Aziraphale after being tortured

this would just be so satisfying to see. And Aziraphale realizes how wrong he was about the people around him

Chapter 1 : « Fleeing » - Part one

Hey guys ! So as some of you may know, I was pretty much disappointed with the transition from episode 3 to episode 4 in the Kenobi series. 🥺 I love psychological stuff and I feel like they were sitting on solid gold after episode 3. I started toying with the idea of what got lost in translation, and so this comic was born. I wanted to focus more on Obi Wan’s journey, from the man we saw in episode 3 to the Jedi from episode 4. This is a fan comic so of course, adjustments were made and I’ll be tweaking another thing or two. Those are just my ideas haha, consider this a brain rot - but I hope you guys will enjoy it ! 🥰♥️

This is going to sound so incredibly specific, but I love the aesthetic of curled-up hands.

Like. The way the fingers naturally fold over the palm as if protecting itself. Maybe an unconscious whumpee making a weak little fist like a baby, signalling ongoing pain or defiance (bonus points if that fist holds on to caretaker’s finger). The way a hand might lie palm-up on the pillow next to the whumpee, inviting a caretaker to unfurl that defensiveness and interlace their own fingers with whumpee’s. The surrounding injuries—raw wrists, bruised knuckles, broken fingernails etc—that make that hand seem so small and vulnerable in spite of the facade.

It’s one of my absolute favourite things about dozing / sleeping / unconscious characters.

Apparently I can’t stop with today’s theme

MONWINN!!!!! My favorite hero nerds in space!!!

I think Winn is probably the first friend Mon-El ever had who just liked him for him, and not because of his status or what he might be able to do for them (how many people do you think were constantly sucking up to the royal family on Daxam?). And Winn’s also the first person he meets on Earth who isn’t like, “ugh, he’s a Daxamite.” They’ve also TOTALLY discussed their disfunctional family backgrounds at length (we got that one little throwaway line about it in Distant Sun).

One of the things I love about their friendship is that they never try to change each other and are just buddies as they are. Mon-El is a jock and an idiot puppy, and Winn is a tech and science nerd.

The only reason I am able to stomach the current situation after S3 at all is because Mon-El and Winn are our blundering around space together superheroing (and Mon-El at least has his best friends with him after making an impossible choice and walking away brokenhearted, again).

(Oh and also, I love this trio, because Winn is the only one who made a real effort with Imra when she showed up, and he’s absolutely going to stick his nose in the middle of all their arguments and I love this)

And THESE TWO killing me with every scene.

The way Mon-El and J'onn’s friendship organically evolved was one of my favorite surprises of S3. I love that J'onn knows something is going on and is the one Mon-El finally spills his guts to in ‘Both Sides Now.’ J'onn is Space Dad for a reason. He’s older than the rest of them, he’s (most of the time) wiser, he has seen so much loss and grief and so many changes. And because of all of that, he’s the one who’s best-equipped to meet Mon-El where he’s at at this moment (“I’m quite familiar with the marital spat.”).

J'onn talked to Mon-El throughout the season like another grown-up now instead of just “this puppy” who’s kind of bouncing around maaaaaybe not always listening, which kind of makes me both proud and nostalgic/sad. But at the same time, he’s not above calling him “young man” and lecturing him.

Plus, you don’t think Space Dad gives just anyone the keys to the car, do you?

I love that for most people the “snowed in” trope means “now the characters get to have sexytimes teehee” but for whumpers it means “now one of the characters catches a dangerously high fever and the other has to care for them in the confines of their tiny cabin with no help in sight because the phone lines are down due to the snow and their windows are frozen shut”

Whump without a whumper

What happened to regular old whump? Here are some scenarios for prompts I kinda miss

Give me it all. Not that I don't love torture fics (that sounds straight up sadistic) but I long for the simpler times. The magic writers made out of the everyday, that still tug at your heartstrings.

So much good stuff I’m awfully nostalgic for

i love tough characters with potent fears!! a fighter who flinches at any touch to their throat. a protector who panics when they feel drowsy or dizzy. a caregiver who has a panic attack when they’re presented with a wound they can’t tend, pain they can’t lessen. a villain who can’t stand being towered over, pinned, grabbed and kept in place. a torturer who is calm and collected always, unless they feel restraints around their wrists, then they struggle so hard that they injure themselves, unable to calm down until they’re freed. characters who are known for being strong, but everyone knows their one fear, everyone knows that it can unravel them in a matter of seconds.
