Shout out to:
• The genderfluid people that are sometimes male and sometimes female. I see you switching back and forth between the binary. When you identify as your assigned gender, it doesn’t invalidate your identity. Whether you feel dysphoria or not, and whether you experience it in differening ways according to what gender you are, you’re valid.
• The genderfluid people that switch between male, female, both and/or neither. Just like our binary-only friends, you’re completely valid.
• The genderfluid people that only move between nonbinary identities. You peeps are amazing and so valid!! There are so many nonbinary genders and you are awesome no matter how many (or how few) you experience.
• The genderfluid people that are never female or feminine. I’m right there with you! We exist and you’re valid.
• The genderfluid people that are never male or masculine. You’re so amazing and your gender is perfect.
• The genderfluid people who are ONLY male and masculine genders. There are so many, of course you can switch between them!
• The genderfluid people who are ONLY female and feminine genders. You’re gorgeous and amazing.
• The genderfluid people that are also genderflux. Maybe some days you can’t feel your gender as strongly as other days, but that’s totally okay! You’re awesome whether you know who you are on any given day or not.
• The genderfluid people that are blessed with the ability to pass as whatever genders you experience. That’s so cool that you can change your gender expression so well that you can always ‘look like’ your gender!
• The genderfluid people that can only pass as one of their genders. Don’t you worry, your other genders are still totally valid and you don’t have to conform to some people’s expectations of how you should look at any given time.
• The genderfluid people that never pass, whether they want to or not. You’re so awesome and I love you. Don’t get sucked into thinking that you have to pass to be valid. You’re perfect the way you are.
• The genderfluid people whose pronouns change with their gender, or depending on who you’re with. You use what feels comfortable for you whenever it does. You don’t have to ‘pick one set’. Have as many sets as you want, you’re valid!
• The genderfluid people who only use one set of pronouns. I’m so glad you have a set that makes you so comfortable you can use it all the time. You rock!
• The people who are still questioning theif gender, whether they can be genderfluid ‘even if x’. You can. You’re so valid. There’s no one right way to be genderfluid. It’s okay and take your time.
• Genderfluid people. There are so many ways to be genderfluid and they’re all valid.
Reblog to send some positivity to some awesome genderfluid peeps!
I haven’t seen a lot of posts that shed some positivity for non-binary Muslims who wear the hijab – I personally sometimes feel it’s frustrating that people see hijabi non-binary people as “female” just because the hijab is an obligation for women. My hijab does not define my gender; only my obligation to my God and my religion!
Shoutout to all non-binary hijabi Muslims out there; you are valid and Allah loves you, insya-Allah!
this is the most blessed post I thinking ever seen thank you op
