It was wonderful to be given the opportunity to explore such an iconic character who is so loved by comic book fans. I don’t think that I approached it as being on the side of the superhero as much as looking at it as a woman trying to seek out justice for her community and the people who deserve it. It was a joy to do because you don’t necessarily see those types of female characters and characters of color on TV. – Simone Missick

You remember Where’s Waldo? That was me as a kid. And I could find Waldo faster than anybody. That’s what a photograph does for me. A photograph freezes time. It allows you to look at things, slow down, think about what’s out of place, and then fill in the blanks. That’s how you find Waldo.
